จอนโดยอน (Jeon Do Yeon) เกิดเมื่อวันที่ 11 กุมภาพันธ์ 1973 เป็นนักแสดงสัญชาติเกาหลีที่เริ่มต้นเส้นทางบันเทิงด้วยการแสดงในซีรีส์เดบิวต์เรื่อง Our Paradise เมื่อปี 1990 ก่อนที่จะมีผลงานแสดงภาพยนตร์เรื่องแรกอย่าง The Contact (1997) ซึ่งกลายเป็นผลงานแจ้งเกิดที่ทำให้เธอกวาดรางวัลนักแสดงหน้าใหม่มาได้มากมาย จนกลายเป็นนักแสดงดาวรุ่งที่น่าจับตามอง และมีผลงานการันตีด้วยรางวัลมากมาย รวมถึงผลงานภาพยนตร์ Secret Sunshine (2007) ที่เธอสามารถคว้ารางวัลนักแสดงนำหญิงจาก 2007 60th Cannes Film Festival มาครองได้สำเร็จอีกด้วย
